Resepi Perantau 3 - Daging Masak Hitam

Bahan2:
Obviously Daging
Serbuk Cili
Kicap Manis
Tomato (Dadu)
Daun Kari
Halia
Kulit Kayu Manis
Bawang Besar/Merah (Blend)

Cara2:
Perap daging dgn serbuk cili & kicap manis & bawang & tomato yg di dadu
Panaskan minyak
Tumis daun kari dgn sedikit halia & kulit kayu manis

P/S: Salmi, bwg merah jer ker?..Pastu perap brp lama ek? Semalaman ker?
