May Allah saves us all...

So it's finalised. The details are scarce. I notice that in Malaysia's media the $$$ aspect was not highlighted.  Maybe I missed one that had. Anyway, the deal is heavily criticised here and here. In my view, it does not matter which way you look at it, it failed in so many levels in upholding the principles of justice for everyone, not only the asylum seekers, the governments of both countries, but also the very most important 'people' in general.

As Tariq Ramadan wrote, "Justice is a condition for peace, and the Prophet (saw) kept insisting that one cannot experience the taste of equity if one is unable to respect the dignity of individuals", In fact, the Prophet (saw) closed his mission by stressing that "The best among you is the best toward people" addressing not only Muslims, but ALL People. Verily, in the presence of Allah, nothing could justify discrimination, social injustice, or racism.
