Arriving and Leaving

Starting from this week, Aliyah will missed another friend at school, Afifah. Afifah's mum, Sel just gave birth to a baby girl on Friday the week before. Most probably she won't be able to attend anymore sessions until her mum gets well.

Soon...Aliyah will be the only Malaysian left at the kindergarten. 3 have left for Malaysia (K.Wan's - Arin & K.Shidah's twin - following data collection schedule) and another, Sofea, Nita's daughter ended her kinder session this week, since Nita & family is also going back home for the uni's sem break. There's 3 more weeks before the terms end. But then again, Aliyah always look forward to be at school. She seem to be catching up very well with her English. Last night she told me a made-up story in English about the princess and her birthday party. (I think the princess is referring to her lah tu..) I am kinda suprise, sbb dia asyik membebel in Malay and always missing on her P's & Q's, Hi and Bye in English at school. When asked why she did not say hi or goodbye - she said "mama dah cakap dulu dah" Me- duh?! No worries..I'll try to coach her again next week.

Anyway, last tuesday after school, the two of us get to drop by Afifah's house to visit the new arrival and their family. Baby Arissa is a cutie pie. Geram tengok. She looks a bit like her sister and brother, combined :-) Congratulations & All the best wishes for them!
