Kenangan Pembungkusan Lalu
Macam mana aku berjaya mem"pack" hari tu yer...dgn phenin2 lalatnya I supposed. In & out, in & out several times for the whole week.. not forgetting the "forget-me-not" list, the "forgotten" (aka no one told me about it) list & the "tak muat cum terlebih kg" list. Bila dikenang2 semula macam tak percaya jer I managed to do it (with minimum assistance & resistance from my small army).
So I thought maybe today, I'll recap what were the things on all the lists, manalah tau it is helpful, not only for yg baru nak dtg belajar but also as a reminder for me for future travels. The lists should be ongoing & kalau ada yg nak tambah dipersilakan.

Well, imagine trying to stock all these stuff while at the same time making sure each bag doesn't exceed the 30 kg per bag limitation imposed by MAS and overall combined weight of 80 kgs. Every now & then we were weighing the bags & boxes. Sakit2 tulang belakang menimbang. Itu tak termasuk, arranging the items, so that liquids and dangerous gadgets like scissors, ketip kuku stays in the cargo below and items that you need to declare, like dried food, formula, medicines stays in one place, for easy inspection by customs. You really don't want your 20kg something bag to be exposed in customs line, not a pretty sight, especially if you are the kind of person who always pack your underwears & stuff on top of the bag..hu..hu.
We were also trying to maximise our hand luggage entitlements, worth about 15 ++ kgs, which finally ended us up with too many dangling bags, not to mention dangling children. But then again, how many times in your lifetime do you actually migrate to another country. So believe me, when the time is up, you'll get it done, definitely. Bak kata org Oz "No worries, mate!"
